Photoshop is the effing bomb. i could lose myself in it. The trick is to remember that just because you can do something doesn't mean it looks good. I see a lot of crap design out there because the art director fell in love with some filter.

Love the transition! One of my fav picture of LN is one that didn't really turn out that well so I played with the contrast (similar to your result) and it ended up looking cool. I also love your mug - oh boy, I'd love to have it around when the in-laws visit!
