The Good

Mmmmmm. Rainbow Sherbet.

The Bad

Don't forget the heat index.

And the Ugly

I wish my camera did better close ups (or I knew how to work my camera better). This picture doesn't capture the true ugliness of this behemoth fly. It has fur. Maybe the heat has brought out the missing link of the fly world.

I think I killed that fly's sibling yesterday, in my baby's room. Do you think they were from some fly mafia family? 'Cause, yuck.

p.s. thanks, global warming!

Eww. A fly with fur?? yikes. All this heat and now gigantic bugs...Could this be a sign of the apocolypse?

I can see the fur. That's revolting.

Do you have a Sonic near you? To me, cherry limeade from Sonic tastes like melted rainbow sherbet that's been carbonated.

Furry flies EWWWWW! But that sherbert looks pretty enough to eat.

And I thought of you and Cameo yesterday when your fair city was featured as one of the places that is currently hotter than Satan's buttcrack.

Stay cool!

I've got a colony of those damn flies in my house right now, too. Damn flies. I hate them, but they're a source of entertainment - and protein - for my dogs and cats. Those animals just can't get enough of chasing the lazy houseflies from window to window.

If I hear a buzz, then a thump, and then a slurp I know that I'm one dead fly closer to a fly-free house!
